1.The procedure should go very smoothly if they account for the right circumstance. The investigations should look into their life especially their youth. The reason I say this is because many people who are murders were in most situations had a bad upbringing as a child. This could range from dealing with alcoholic parents ti abusive ones that would fight or even rape and molest their children. Being brought up in a situation like that can damage a child. The only information that should be available to the public is how they were raised as a child and what influenced them to pursue such horrible acts. What we could do is inform and question the investigators why the police who arrived did not do anything while the 2 suspects were in the house. If we question about certain issues like that they would take future investigations like this more seriously.

Do you believe that a bad up-bring as a child can potentially cause them in the future to commit violent acts?

Why do you think the police did not go into the building if they knew something was happening?

Do you think it was fair the local police department patted themselves in the backs but in reality they could have potentially stopped the 2 murderers?
