5. Yes they are laws that exist to determine the course of action of the international community. For example, a country can get into serious trouble if they violate human rights. The only time a country can redraw it's boarders is when the majority of the citizens of that country want to separate In Russia's situation any of the citizens of Ukraine want to join Russia. The only time it should be reasonable for a country to redraw it's boarders is when the majority of the citizens want to separate. This should only be allowed if the citizens feel any type of major discomfort in which makes them want to redraw boarders. Compromises should be considered first though. If the government is not willing to work with their own people then the citizens have every right to redraw boarders.
Why do you think Ukraine wants to join Russia as a country?
Why do you believe the Western World is involved and why should they be involved?
Do you think it was necessary to have Russian troops at Ukraine if they already want to join Russia?

1.The procedure should go very smoothly if they account for the right circumstance. The investigations should look into their life especially their youth. The reason I say this is because many people who are murders were in most situations had a bad upbringing as a child. This could range from dealing with alcoholic parents ti abusive ones that would fight or even rape and molest their children. Being brought up in a situation like that can damage a child. The only information that should be available to the public is how they were raised as a child and what influenced them to pursue such horrible acts. What we could do is inform and question the investigators why the police who arrived did not do anything while the 2 suspects were in the house. If we question about certain issues like that they would take future investigations like this more seriously.
Do you believe that a bad up-bring as a child can potentially cause them in the future to commit violent acts?
Why do you think the police did not go into the building if they knew something was happening?
Do you think it was fair the local police department patted themselves in the backs but in reality they could have potentially stopped the 2 murderers?

History American Law Post #1
Article: http://www.historyoflaw.info/history-of-american-law.html
Summary: The system of trail by jury is the product of American law. It's history has been traced since the early development of England. During the 18th and 19th century, The Code Of Napoleon was a factor to our influence of American law. A month before the Declaration of Independence, there was a clause that stated "the legislative, executive and judiciary departments of the State shall be separate and distinct, so that neither exercise the powers properly belonging to the other." As a result this was adopted by many other states as well.
Questions: What was established on June of 1776?
Where did our laws originate from?
Where did England law system originate from?

1. Yes I believe so. The whole situation could have been prevented if Josh could have seek proper help. It seems that the church did not help Josh as well because they did not do anything to help his social issues and the abuse that he had throughout his childhood.
2. They brought the defendants to trial because they want to know the motive of why these guys did it. Another argument is that you could have blamed the police for not doing anything while these 2 men were in the house causing chaos.
3. If mental health is a factor because the defendant can plead to insanity instead of getting a death penalty or any type of punishment. What we should do is create a fine line between what is sane and insane. This is because some criminals might just plead to being crazy in order to face real consequences. If we can enable a law that can differentiate between the two then everything would be much easier to handle.
Should it be a law to for media not to encourage or not encourage the death penalty?
